Product Description
Just like our OG-7000 except we've added a fan for more. You still have to put a fan behind this unit in order to churn the air in the room. A 20" box fan can move 3000 cubic feet a minute vs 80-100 for the typical AC "computer" type fan. The great thing about this design is that it allows you to cool both sides of the plate with a strong rush of air, thus keeping the plate cooler which in turn allows the ozone plate to create more ozone. Heat breaks down ozone quickly at high temps, keeping the plate cool by having the attached fan blow on the back side of the ozone plate for instance and a 20" box can blowing on the ozone producing side of the plate (and throwing it 20-30 feet from the unit) will create optimal ozone creating conditions. This unit is patent pending. We created the "open air" or "bare bones" ozone generator concept in 2010, first making these units out of oak. Two years later others started to copy us so last year we changed to Acrylic (better than oak, won't crack, termites can't eat it, etc) and now in 2015 we've changed our design again to a side mounted transformer and vertical plates. The sideways mounted transformers allow better cooling of the transformers, as does the vertical plate. For use only in UNOCCUPIED AREA with no pets or people present! This is not an air purifier. This is strictly a shock treatment ozone generator used to permanently remove odors and destroy viruses, molds, bacteria, dust mites, etc. Lifetime warranty of the transformers. 1 year on the fan.
